We made those gelo candy with my 7 year old son...he loved them!try them !
2 packages of unflavored gelatine with 1.5 cup water That you keep for five minutes....then you poor 2 packs of flavored gelo ,3tbs of sugar and 2 tbsp of glucose. ..stir into bain marie for 10 minutes and then fill  the molds ....let it sit in the fridge for half an our!ssoooo easy and soooo good !
Tip,you might want to add some flavors....super market gelo mix is not very tasty....my son noticed all the candy's had almost the same taste

Love baking,doing birthday cake,and much more,decorating them!But there is no such feeling compared to the feeling of satisfaction you get when you see the expression on kid s face.I guess at this very moment he feels happy,excited pround and important...shouldn t he?After all isn t this wy we celebrate birthays??

Marshmallows or guimauves?My favorite is guimauves but many people prefer marshmallows 😉Try them...or make them...it is easy and kids love them...hum...not only kids!

I find that birthday party cake after all it is the ultimate  moment where everybody  is singing the birthday song around it is kind magical .kids are proud of their cake but it seems that adults too!And I love all this seremony😉

Who likes choux's?
Funny how we finally end up doing the things we really love....
I always passed time in the kitchen without really realising time goes by,but since work and family obligation called me back to real life never fully enjoy accomplishing a full project...
Using simple ingredients like real eggs,real milk or chocolate making homemade sweets as well as salty puffs for any occasion seems to be rare when everyone is buying pounder converted sweets in chain stores.
